Meet Your Geriatric Care Manager
Patricia Miner, DPT
Tricia is the founder and Geriatric Care Manager at DUO Care Services, LLC. She is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with more than seven years of experience in subacute rehabilitation, where she worked primarily with older adults. As a Senior Physical Therapist, Tricia collaborated closely with patients, families, and care teams to support safe recoveries.
Tricia’s passion for elder care is deeply personal. Growing up with three grandparents in her childhood home gave her early, hands-on experience with caregiving and shaped her strong sense of empathy, patience, and respect for older adults.
After stepping away from clinical work to raise her two daughters, Tricia remained active in healthcare as a virtual assistant and informal advisor to those navigating medical decisions.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and their Aussiedoodle. She also finds joy in cooking and gardening.
